Rent, sell or otherwise transfer to third parties your name, postal address, phone/fax number or e-mail address, unless you give us permission to do so. Period.

Require you to send us sensitive financial information via the Web. You may pay us for our services by check, or per payment terms negotiated between you and us when a transaction occurs.

We will...

Track your behavior on GreatLists.com, so we can figure out ways to serve you better. For example, if you display a pattern of interest in healthcare lists, we may notify you about a healthcare list you haven't seen yet.

Use your identifying information to communicate with you. For example, we may notify you when we update a list you've expressed interest in; when we locate a new list we think may interest you; when we're advertising the lists that we manage; and so on. We may contact you by phone, fax, e-mail or postal mail. If you don't want us to do any, or all, of these things, just let us know. We'll be glad to desist.

Use cookies. Cookie technology entails putting a small line of computer code on your hard drive, but not otherwise modifying your computer. This cookie enables our server to recognize you when you return to our site. If you set up your computer to refuse our cookie, you will have to go to the inconvenience of re-registering every time you visit GreatLists.com. We cannot use your cookie to search your hard drive, hack into your confidential information, give your computer indigestion, or otherwise harm you in any way. Why? Because it is not possible to do so – despite whatever you may have heard about cookies.

Gladly correct any factual information about you in our files. Just ask.

Gladly delete any factual information about you. If you decide to stop doing business with us and want us to expunge all your records from our databases, we'll do so gladly. Again, just ask.
