Executives, mostly those responsible for government sales, at companies which have either multiple-award or new item introductory schedule contracts with the (federal) General Services Administration (GSA) for the sale of products and services described in the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS). GSA schedule contracts allow such vendors and contractors to sell goods and services to most Federal agencies at pre-negotiated prices and terms. List includes the local dealers of many national brand manufactureres who are authorized to sell to federal agencies under the manufacturers' contracts.
