*IPMA Government Personnel & Human Resource Managers
Human resource directors, personnel administrators and civil service directors in federal, state and local governments who are current members of the INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION for HUMAN RESOURCES (IPMA-HR), plus non-member purchasers of training programs, publications, assessment tests and other HR services offered by the association. These executives play a leadership role in the management of personnel recruitment, employee testing and assessment, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, affirmative action, workplace violence and substance abuse abatement and regulatory & legal compliance. Members receive a range of publications & services from IPMA, along with job advisory, legislation monitoring, seminars & conferences and access to the HR CENTER and members-only areas of the IPMA website.
