Members of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administrators in Long Term Care (NADONA/LTC) who are directors, assistant directors, and former directors of nursing in long term care. The goals of the association are: to create and establish an acceptable ethical standard for practices in long term care nursing administration; to promote and encourage research in the profession and to promote a positive image of the long term health care industry.
