Members of the American Society for Clinical Investigation (ASCI) who are physicians living in the United States or Canada who have accomplished meritorious original investigations in the clinical or allied sciences of medicine. The ASCI promotes the cultivation of clinical research by methods of natural sciences, correlation of science with the art of medical practice, encouragement of scientific investigation by medical practictioners, and publication of papers on the methods and results of clinical research. Members receive the JOURNAL OF CLINICAL INVESTIGATION as a benefit of membership.
