Members of the Society Of American Gatrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons who are active surgeons and residents who perform gastrointestinal endoscopies and laparascopies. The society promotes the concepts of gastrointestinal endoscopy as an integral part of surgery and encourages academic, clinical and research achievements in the field. As part of their membership, members receive the following publications: STANDARDS OF PRACTICE, GUIDELINES FOR GENERAL SURGERY RESIDENCY EDUCATION IN GASTROINTESTINAL ENDOSCOPY, GUIDELINES FOR GRANTING PRIVILEGES IN G.I.
