Members of the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) are attorneys who practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The association's primary purposes are to improve and facilitate the administration of justice in the Court by engaging in charitable and educational activities; to advance the education of the public in the administration of justice and lessen the burdens of government in achieving justice therein; and to instruct its members and the public in matters beneficial to the community. Each member receives CASE DIGEST, a monthly publication summarizing all precedential cases decided the previous month by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
