Members of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution (SPIDR) of Washington, DC who are professional neutrals including arbitrators, mediators, hearing examiners and fact-finders involved in labor-management, community, environmental, marital, and other types of dispute resolution. SPIDR seeks to increase public awareness of the processes of negotiation and collective bargaining, the role of neutrals in dispute resolution, and the developmet of innovative impasse resolution techniques.
