Members of the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR FOOD PROTECTION (IAFP) who are public health officials, FDA and USDA administrators, microbiologists and academics. Members are involved in the field of milk, food and environmental quality control and research. They receive DAIRY, FOOD AND ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION journal (monthly) as a benefit of membership. Members can also elect to receive JOURNAL OF FOOD PROTECTION ($140/yr, monthly), which is a scientific journal that publishes research and review articles on food microbiology concerning food protection and safety.
