Institutional members of the COMMERCIAL FINANCE ASSOCIATION (CFA), the trade group of the commercial assetbased financial services industry. Members include the asset-based lending arms of domestic and foreign commercial banks, small and large independent finance companies, floor plan financing organizations, factoring organizations, and financing subsidiaries of major industrial corporations. CFA membership is by institution, not by individual. CFA members provide billions in loans annually to the business sector. They lend money against tangible asset collateral such as accounts receivable, inventory, machinery, and equipment. Many member companies provide a broad range of credit management services. As part of their membership, members receive SECURED LENDER magazine ($24/yr, 6x/yr), the official publication of the CFA.
